Leadership:

Justin Rychak is the creator and CE$ (Chief Executive $crooge) of the Money$crooge team. He brings with him a legacy of financial services and coaching experience. He spent 5 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers helping large banks and financial institutions better understand their customer needs. He then spent more than 7 years in mortgage banking, running 2 separate divisions which netted more than 7 figures in annual profit. After seeing many of the struggles homebuyers face, he became convinced about the need for sound financial and negotiation coaching. He has surrounded himself with top expertise and developed straightforward, results-based programs for his clients. He has coached employees of Fortune 500 and global companies like IBM, Cisco Systems and British Telecom. He has coached all walks of life. Money$crooge is not a registered financial advisor, so we do not receive any commission for pushing financial products. Rather, we have developed results-based programs that give power to our clients in the form of real life education, inspiration and proven techniques. We go beyond just telling our clients what to do; we motivate them to follow through on their plan and negotiate incredible discounts.
